A marriage between Pilates principles and HIIT exercises. We begin with a juicy flow to bring us alive and then finish off strong with the HIIT.

Expect to get dem sweaty good feels.

To prepare for class, make sure you have a safe space, mat and cans/wine bottles to use as weights (or free weights if you have them - max 3kg).

I am a full-time freelancer so these times are daunting but movement is medicine and I want everyone to be able to benefit.
