A marriage between Pilates principles HIIT exercises. Exercises are timed and in rounds. Expect to get those sweaty good feels. To prepare for class, make sure you have a 2sqm space and milk/juice cartons to use as weights (or free weights if you have them).

I am a full-time freelancer so these times are daunting but movement is medicine and I want everyone to be able to benefit.
