What is community to you?
“For me, community means to feel supported, to feel visible and heard by a group of humans. Community can take the form of physical presence, or be virtual. But most importantly, whether virtual or physical, we can CHOOSE our communities. When we get to know ourselves relatively well, we can know better how to foster communities that are supportive and nourishing to our sense of self.”

“The best feeling I get from community is "it's not just me." My community are my people - not everyone has to get me or see me or hold space for me, but my community does. I can show up as myself and feel safe. As a multicultural, mixed race, bisexual, highly sensitive woman in the arts, there's a lot about my experience that can make me feel isolated if I don't have my community around me.
They hold me down.”

“For me community is fostering a connection with likeminded people. Theres a feeling of togetherness, interaction, common values, a shared cause or experience. It a safe space where I feel seen and understood and can hold space for others.”

Are you missing meeting new people?
Are you experiencing feelings of ground hog day with a lack of stimulation?
Do you have a desire to meet with new people and have interesting conversations?
These Community Circles are the antidote to the above.
These sessions are food for the soul and nourishment for our distant hearts. A familiar in the unfamiliar. A shared space for curiosity and discussion. A way to share my knowledge with you and for you to share
your knowledge with all.
During these monthly, 1.5 hour curated sessions, we will explore a range of topics that usually only my 1:1 clients have access to.
